Welcome to Four Foundations Fitness – an approach to fitness, wellbeing and life that is about more than just going to endless exercise classes, lifting weights in an impersonal gym, slogging away on a treadmill and feeling confused about the latest health craze or diet advertised on the cover of a magazine.  
 

Did you know that ‘to be fit’ means ‘to be able’?  How would it feel to be able to run for the bus without getting out of breath?  To be able to comfortably get down on the floor to play with your kids or grandkids?  How would it feel to be able to fit in a favourite dress or pair of trousers that you haven't worn for years?   To wake up refreshed, full of energy and looking forward to the day ahead, with clear goals and a positive outlook?
