Suitable for adults of all fitness levels and tennis abilities (from total beginner to team player).
WHAT IS CARDIO TENNIS FITNESS?
Cardio Tennis Fitness is a unique combination of tennis-based cardio drills with strength-based circuit training to give you a fun and effective whole-body workout.
​
Group sessions are set to music and led by a qualified tennis coach and/or personal trainer.
​
Tennis Coach Kirsty Garrett will lead the Cardio Tennis sessions which are a tennis-based cardio workout. It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner or a team player as it is a coach-led session, so whether you totally miss the ball or hit a screaming winner, you will get a great workout. Participants wear heart rate monitors (provided) so they can see how hard they are working.

Personal Trainer Patricia Ascot will lead the Strength & Fitness sessions, combining strength-based exercises with cardio drills to work your whole body. The exercises, drills and games will be relevant to tennis, so if you’re looking to improve your game on court, it will help you to hit balls harder, move around the court quicker and also strengthen your body to help stave off injury. At the same time, your whole body will be worked – legs, upper body and core – so you will get in a great workout and burn plenty of calories, making you fitter off court as well.

No experience or equipment is necessary and all fitness levels are welcome as each activity can be adapted to suit you.
