Due to the current situation, all in-person training is suspended to keep clients safe. But don't let lockdown stop you from getting fit and healthy! Personal training and coaching is available online, both one-to-one and groups, from the comfort of your home or garden, so you can train from anywhere.

Recognising that everyone is unique and starts at different points and with varying goals that will shift and evolve over time, the Four Foundations approach is flexible and adaptable to suit your needs. Whether you know exactly what you want to achieve or you just realise you need to do something to improve your life but are not sure where or how to start, I can help you get where you want to go.
Below are some ways that I work with clients to help them achieve the life they want to be living.

SERVICES - face-to-face and online
ONE-TO-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
Working one-to-one, we focus completely on your goals and aspirations.​
​
What do you want to be fit and able to do? Run your first 5k? Move more easily? Feel better and stronger in your body? All of this, and more, can be achieved.
​
Using a variety of simple, fun equipment, we work to a programme to help you achieve your fitness goals. Options include using body weight exercises, resistance bands, TRX suspension trainer (not as scary as it might sound - you will not be performing acrobatics!), stability balls, boxing gloves/pads, light weights, and any other equipment we decide is appropriate.
​
I mostly train outside in nature whatever the weather as I believe it is good for the mind as well as the body. However, I also have access to a small personal training studio in Raynes Park (at a small extra cost) and can also arrange to come to your home if appropriate.
​
If you prefer to train online for any reason, that can also be arranged, using Skype, Facetime or Zoom. Train from the comfort of your own home or garden using just your bodyweight or whatever equipment you have available - a lot can be achieved with not much kit!

NUTRITION COACHING AND EDUCATION

It is easy to be confused by the conflicting trends about how and what to eat, so we cut through the fads and instead look at achieving a simple, healthy, balanced diet to suit your lifestyle and preferences.

Free initial consultation
After the consultation, fees are as follows:

One-off single session: £50
Package of 6 sessions: £270 (10% discount - £45 a session) – expires after 10 weeks
Package of 12 sessions: £510 (15% discount - £42.50 a session) – expires after 20 weeks
All sessions last 75 minutes to make sure there is plenty of time for coaching and motivational support.
Packages of 6 sessions or more include a free 90-minute nutrition talk and supermarket tour to give you simple, practical tips for a healthier diet.
MOTIVATION COACHING AND MINDSET PSYCHOLOGY
A successful coaching relationship recognises that you are the expert in your own life, but you may need someone to help you clarify your thoughts, figure out what is holding you back from achieving your dreams, and encourage you to find and stick to a way forward. Coaching considers you and your life as a whole: your values, goals, work-life balance, and above all, those elements that give you a sense of fulfilment and life purpose.
Each personal training session includes motivation coaching and mindset support as part of our time together, but there may be occasions when having a session purely dedicated to coaching work would be beneficial. We can arrange a 'walk and talk' session where we work together whilst taking a walk surrounded by beautiful nature to help ease the mind.
In addition, I offer ongoing email and phone contact in between our sessions to keep you accountable and help you stay on track.

Lasting approximately 45 minutes, the initial discovery session is an opportunity for us to explore working together, give you a chance to ask any questions you might have and help you decide whether the Four Foundations Fitness approach is right for you.

Sessions last between 60-75 minutes to make sure there is plenty of time training and coaching, but if you are short on time and are prepared to work more intensely, then we can fit it into shorter periods.
